The Senior People Solutions Manager, in this 18-month secondment backfill opportunity, plays a critical role in leading a team of 9 professionals dedicated to maintaining People team systems and delivering innovative, automated, and scalable People Technology solutions. Reporting directly to the People Services Director, this role is responsible for overseeing the Data, Systems, and Innovation & Change services within the HR function, ensuring continuity and excellence.

 

This opportunity has been created as easyJet embarks on a Workday and Payroll transformation Programme, requiring a backfill to support the BAU teams and the Programme as required.

 

What you'll be doing

As the Senior People Solutions Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure our people systems are operating effectively and are fit for purpose. Additionally, you are tasked with leading the advancements in People Technology by collaboratively identifying and delivering innovative, automated, scalable, and tailored solutions. This involves seamless partnership with the People Team, IT, and stakeholders across easyJet, driving innovation to ensure success. A pivotal aspect of your role also includes fostering operational efficiency and enhancing our colleagues' digital experience through the strategic implementation of technology solutions.

While the leadership of the Workday & payroll transformation sits outside of this role's remit, you play a key role in ensuring the success of the program.


Data

Requirements of the Role

 

Essential Skills

>      Technical Acumen

o   In-depth knowledge of HR systems and technologies, Workday Is essential.

o   Familiarity with data governance, analytics, and reporting tools.

o   Experience in implementing and managing scalable technology solutions.

>      Analytical Skills

o   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for efficient backfill management.

o   Ability to translate data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

Desirable Skills

>      Airline sector and/or Retail experience
